Business Development Manager Lead

Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving design opportunities, securing design wins, and increasing revenue growth in the Central and Eastern regions of the country.
The primary goal of this position is to serve as a technical liaison between Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc and our customers, providing solutions and facilitating meaningful discussions to drive business success.
You will work closely with our engineering groups to help guide factory development and ensure that our products meet customer needs. Your ability to effectively document and communicate designs with international partners will be critical to your success.
We are looking for a candidate with 5 or more years of design or application engineering experience and 0 to 4 years of technical sales experience. A degree in BSEE or equivalent is also required. Some semiconductor background or an MBA is a plus.
Your estimated salary range is $96,400 - $127,800 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position with estimated travel at 15%.
