About the PositionAs a Strategic Growth Officer at Nationwide 360, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and revenue generation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about creating innovative brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and financial success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts, partners, and clients to stay informed on market dynamics, emerging trends, and future opportunities.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to acquisition, and develop systems for nurturing leads throughout all stages.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage high-quality prospects and convert them into customers.
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop future strategies.
  • Import, sort, and export lead lists to the Sales team to optimize their efforts.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on competitors, customer needs, and the business environment to inform the development of new products, services, pricing strategies, and business models.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop written content for proposals, collateral, RFI & RFPs, presentations, and other materials.
  • Identify and evaluate new markets, business partners, channels, and customers to expand our company's footprint.
  • Track and solicit updates on opportunities and clients, reporting regularly to management.
  • Develop and implement internal processes to ensure the highest possible close rates.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with previous experience in the trade show/event industry preferred.
  • A deep understanding of the PR, advertising, and digital marketing landscape.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or another related field.
