Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pipe Fabrication and Installation Expert to join our team at Fluor. As a key member of our process systems team, you will be responsible for the installation and fabrication of pipes and fittings for semiconductor tool installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Layout, fabricate, and install pipes and fittings for semiconductor tool installations
  • Perform pneumatic tests on pipe installations and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Interpret sketches and drawings and perform relevant calculations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in process pipe fitting and welding in the pharmaceutical or microelectronics industries
  • Knowledge of pipe fabrication methods, equipment, and power tools
  • Ability to work with minimum or direct supervision and follow oral and written directions
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret standard construction drawings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Process and Hygienic Pipe fitting
  • Driving/operating Standard forklift, forklift lull, and platform scissor lift
  • Experience with basic shop tools of the trade: Thread Machine, Drill press, Table Bandsaw, Orbital saw, Metal Break, Metal Shear, Orbital Welding, Plasma Arc, Oxygen/Acetylene Torch
