Job Summary

The Automation Systems Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems for Humacyte's manufacturing processes. This includes developing and testing custom automation equipment, as well as supporting the installation and validation of automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes
  • Design and test custom automation equipment
  • Support the installation and validation of automation systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation systems meet regulatory requirements
  • Provide technical expertise and support for automation-related issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in process automation
  • Experience with automation platforms, including DeltaV, PLC, and PI historian
  • Strong understanding of automation principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
