Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing trade support to the Front Office, managing the life-cycle of bank loan/CLO trades, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trade support to the Front Office, ensuring seamless execution and settlement of trades.
  • Manage the life-cycle of bank loan/CLO trades, from origination to maturity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trades, including settlement information and trade allocation.
  • Identify and resolve trade fails, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing losses.
  • Review and sign documents related to trades, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process amendments for settlements, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external counter-parties, including brokers and other financial institutions.
  • Identify trades executed for the following day, enabling advance settlement and minimizing risk.
  • Update settlement information in WSO and ensure data accuracy, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in bank loans/loan servicing/CLOs, with a strong understanding of trade operations.
  • Proficiency in WSO, ClearPar, and Bloomberg, with experience in trade support and settlement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
