You will also assist in managing user accounts, profiles, and privileges in various PEU tools, manage printer/copier and supply requests, and respond timely to assigned service-desk tickets. Additionally, you will perform inventory sweeps of IT equipment as needed, assist the IT support team in a limited capacity, and generate monthly and ad-hoc inventory reports for the Senior Director of IT. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, exceptional written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the IT Onboarding and Offboarding process of staff

Preferred Skills:

2+ years of IT asset management or computer inventory experience
2+ years of service desk functions and operations experience
2+ years of computer hardware experience
2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (focus on Excel)
Working knowledge of Service Now (desired)
Working knowledge of Jira (desired)
Working knowledge of Google Workspace (desired)
Working knowledge of Snipe-IT (desired)
Strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong documentation skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail for data entry
Strong customer service experience and skills; courteous telephone manner
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Ability to use a hand truck to move heavy boxes up to a weight of 50 pounds
