Our program focuses on delivering comprehensive support through transitional foster homes, structured educational activities from Monday to Friday, and holistic wrap-around services in a vibrant community setting. We prioritize a service delivery model that is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each child while adhering to all necessary program standards.

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Counselor who will provide essential supervision, guidance, and support to children within the Unaccompanied Minor program. This role is vital in fostering personal growth and development among the children. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate logs, completing required documentation, participating in scheduled meetings, and accompanying groups or individual children during external activities, transfers, or appointments.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory
  • Valid Driver's License is essential
