At SGS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our team. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of US consolidated federal and combined state income tax returns, as well as managing the tax accounting staff and conducting performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the preparation of US consolidated federal and combined state income tax returns
  • Manage the tax accounting staff and conduct performance evaluations
  • Oversee the computation of interim and year-end income tax provisions
  • Review and manage the tax returns prepared by the Tax team
  • Lead and mentor a team of Tax professionals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5+ years of direct transferable experience in corporate tax
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience
  • Prior international experience or working in a multicultural environment managing international projects
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Taxation
  • Language skills: English - Advanced level proficiency
  • French and/or Spanish language skills
