Chief Financial Officer

At NPAworldwide, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Board of Directors on corporate financial management, including dividend policy, capital structure, corporate governance, and strategic initiatives.
  • Review the bank's investment portfolio and make buy/hold/sell recommendations to the CEO.
  • Facilitate management-level ALCO and board-level finance committee meetings, reporting on areas such as interest rate risk, liquidity, sources and use of funds, and overall comparison of financial metrics to CCB policy guidelines.
  • Create and maintain the annual budget, with monthly detail, and report to the Board of Directors on the bank's financial performance versus the approved budget and self-identified peers.
  • Seek and implement continuous efficiencies dependent on the leverage of technology and automation, where feasible and valuable.
  • Conduct quantitative data analysis and financial modeling, including branch profitability, loan portfolio parameters, deposit portfolio parameters, and product profitability.
  • Identify, measure, monitor, and control the model for ACL estimation, CECL calculation, and general economic review as it pertains to potential credit loss outlook.
  • Oversee and enhance the bank's corporate credit card relationship, as it pertains to employees and the bank as a whole.
  • Maintain and implement policies related to accounting and finance functions of the bank.
  • Oversee the bank's accounts payable process.
  • Oversee the bank's incoming and outgoing, domestic and international, wire funds transfers.
  • Manage the bank's BOLI portfolio.
  • Manage critical relationships pertaining to accounting and finance for the bank.
  • Complete continuing education opportunities to stay updated on regulations and best practices for areas under your responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with BSA and OFAC requirements.
  • Promote an environment that supports diversity and upholds the bank's core values.
