Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Atria Wealth Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our financial professionals and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and professional support via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Policy Interpretation: Interpret policies, standards, and procedures to field force, ensuring accurate and consistent application.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Education: High School Diploma required; education preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of call center, banking service center, or help desk experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, follow-up skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects, and ability to enter data in company computer systems.
- Competitive Salary: Atria Wealth Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $50,000, based on skills, experience, and location.
