Job Summary

CTI is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Support Specialist to provide expert technical support and training to customers. As a Solutions Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to end users, configuring and managing operating systems, networks, and hardware, and working closely with engineering and product teams to define technical requirements.

This is a remote position that requires up to 30% travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience supporting special operation forces, in-depth knowledge of administrating hardware, and hands-on experience with ATAK and WINTAK configuration.
