Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Housekeeper II. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident and ancillary areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in assigned resident and ancillary areas, adhering to established policies and procedures;
- Assist fellow employees, residents, and their families as needed, providing exceptional customer service and support;
- Complete assigned duties and routine tasks within the work shift, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient use of time;
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and best practices;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role, preferably in a healthcare setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations;
- A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment;
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
