Description

Christensen Arms is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and increasing the effectiveness of our critical digital marketing levers, including our e-commerce store, email marketing, SEO, social media, loyalty initiatives, and more.

You will work closely with our Director of Marketing and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to acquire new customers and delight existing ones. Your expertise in digital marketing will help us drive revenue growth and maximize our online presence.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual with a strong passion for the outdoors and firearms. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our e-commerce store, email marketing campaigns, and SEO efforts
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with our design and development teams to improve the customer journey and optimize conversion rates
  • Analyze customer data to inform marketing decisions and improve customer LTV
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the firearms or outdoor industry
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like WordPress and WooCommerce or similar platforms
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or MailChimp
