Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organize over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These events are typically annual and provide opportunities for buyers and sellers to build relationships, showcase products, and conduct business.

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving digital marketing activities for Informa Market's most successful groups. Your primary focus will be on overseeing digital marketing efforts for the International Roofing Expo and the International Pool, Spa, Patio Expo, co-located with the Deck Expo. You will develop and execute digital strategies, campaigns, and programs that deliver critical insights into our audiences and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven audience growth strategies that leverage paid and organic acquisition channels.
  • Set and track key performance metrics that align with business objectives and present progress to key stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute email marketing programs, including segmentation, email setup, deployment, and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve future performance.
  • Manage website and analytics, including monitoring traffic, sources, conversions, and KPIs.
  • Work with brand managers to implement SEO strategies to foster organic site growth of event sites.
  • Support event brands in the setup and launch of their mobile app and customer referral programs.
  • Establish benchmarks across all digital campaigns to monitor campaign and performance.
Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years' experience in audience/attendee acquisition, development, or growth roles with a heavy focus on digital.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising or database management or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Previous experience with Eloqua or other automated marketing email platforms.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Previous experience in CMSs, Adobe Experience Manager, and Drupal preferred.
