Job Summary

Aleron is seeking a highly skilled Systems Support Associate to join our team. As a Systems Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with their systems.
  • Work with customers' information technology departments to add copier devices to their networks for scanning.
  • Add print drivers to customers' networks.
  • Set up customers' email.
  • Create accounting codes.
  • Create file pathways for scanning to network locations.
Requirements
  • Previous technical experience in networking and printing environments.
  • Working knowledge of basic PC hardware and software.
  • Network devices (hubs, switches, routers).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Able to demonstrate good organizational skills, efficiently organizing multiple coordination assignments and prioritizing work.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email, phone, reporting, etc.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to interact with diverse customer populations (internal and external).
  • Demonstrate ability to take responsibility for and ensure customer satisfaction (Internal and External).
  • Able to demonstrate professional problem-solving/analytical skills.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to project schedule needs in order to achieve on-time project completion.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to handle change under pressure.
  • Able to demonstrate creative and strong negotiation skills.
  • Able to demonstrate competency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to make major contributions to teams and in a team environment.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent presentation skills.
