Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at U-Haul. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including OSHA standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to contractors and vendors, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including project documentation, financial reports, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction, project management, or a related field.
  • U-Haul experience is highly preferred.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate risks and discomforts requiring special safety precautions. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, warehouses, and office environments.

Physical Demands

The work requires moderate physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and lifting. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.
