Job Summary

Bollinger Shipyards is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of logistics programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with US Army, US Navy, or US Coast Guard personnel to ensure contract compliance and logistics support.
  • Determine program objectives, create schedules, and manage program budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement to optimize logistics products and schedules.
  • Monitor programs to ensure implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
  • Coordinate and schedule all aspects of assigned projects among various disciplines, including provisioning, technical manuals, training, and supply.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of program management experience in a shipbuilding, engineering, or related manufacturing field.
  • Strong understanding of contract and specification knowledge.
  • Strong human relations, management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e., MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
Desirable Experience
  • Experience with US Army, US Navy, or US Coast Guard new construction and maintenance programs, purchasing, acquisitions, or contracting is a plus.
