The Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial role within a collaborative team, offering support to various departments while closely partnering with the Community Manager. This position is essential in delivering outstanding service to homeowners while upholding and enhancing property standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educating and assisting new and existing homeowners with relevant materials and information
  • Conducting compliance inspections and documenting, photographing, and recording any violations
  • Issuing notices regarding property maintenance and aesthetic standards
  • Managing and coordinating the fine process
  • Reviewing architectural submissions to ensure proper compliance
  • Responding professionally to resident inquiries via phone and email
  • Submitting maintenance requests to staff and vendors as needed
  • Processing assessment payments efficiently
  • Handling weekly debit card transactions and deposits
  • Welcoming residents, guests, and vendors at the association office

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in HOA operations
  • Professional demeanor with adaptability, strong time management skills, and a commitment to confidentiality
  • Self-driven, reliable, organized, and efficient with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods and attend community events as required
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle with current liability insurance
  • Willingness to work occasional after-hours for meetings
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check
