Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing educational resources, materials, and assistance to both new and existing homeowners.
  • Conducting compliance inspections and meticulously documenting, photographing, and recording any violations.
  • Issuing violation notices with specific references to property maintenance and aesthetic standards.
  • Managing and coordinating the fine process effectively.
  • Reviewing architectural requests to ensure proper submission.
  • Responding professionally to resident inquiries via phone and email.
  • Submitting work orders to maintenance personnel and vendors as needed.
  • Processing assessment payments efficiently.
  • Handling weekly debit card transactions and deposits.
  • Welcoming residents, guests, and vendors upon their arrival at the association office.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in HOA operations.
  • Professional demeanor with adaptability, strong time management skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Self-driven, reliable, organized, and efficient with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and attend community events as required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle with current liability insurance.
  • Willingness to work occasional after-hours meetings.
