This role within Product Stewardship presents a unique opportunity to assist Celanese's diverse business units in utilizing regulatory systems and tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations related to Salesforce and SAP EH&S systems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues pertaining to product stewardship and master data.
  • Deliver system solutions, governance, and continuous enhancements for product stewardship.
  • Engage in corporate and business project initiatives involving SAP and Salesforce, particularly focusing on data management.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, acting as either project manager or team member, including activities related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
  • Serve as the primary or secondary process owner for SAP EH&S and Salesforce functionalities.
  • Collaborate and influence within global networks, including IT, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Trade Compliance.
  • Facilitate migration/transformation, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on Salesforce and SAP EH&S system topics.
  • Conduct master data analysis and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively within global teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product stewardship, regulatory compliance, supply chain, IT, or a related SAP domain.
  • Experience working with global teams across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe/Middle East/Africa regions.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven teamwork, customer focus, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and record-keeping abilities.
  • Outstanding writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Understanding of SAP functionality and master data management.
