Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations related to Salesforce and SAP EH&S systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to product stewardship and master data.
  • Deliver solutions for product stewardship systems, ensuring governance and ongoing enhancements.
  • Engage in corporate and business project initiatives involving SAP and Salesforce, particularly in data management.
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently, acting as either project manager or team member, including activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Serve as the primary or secondary process owner for SAP EH&S and Salesforce functionalities.
  • Collaborate effectively within global networks across IT, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Trade Compliance.
  • Participate in migration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions on Salesforce and SAP EH&S system functionalities.
  • Perform master data analysis and generate reports.
  • Work collaboratively in global teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product stewardship, regulatory compliance, supply chain, IT, or a related SAP area.
  • Experience working with global teams across various regions.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven teamwork, customer focus, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and documentation skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP functionalities and master data management is advantageous.
