Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Developer II to join our team at Staff Finders Inc. As a key member of our training organization, you will be responsible for developing engaging training content to support our dealers and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Successfully manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Content Creation: Collect, edit, and produce training media, including video, audio, and still photography, to support various projects.
  • Training Content Development: Develop, review, and publish training content for multiple projects, ensuring it meets the needs of our dealers and employees.
  • Vendor Management: Work with external vendors as needed to complete projects efficiently.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Review supplied reports and data, analyzing training reports, NPS scores, training feedback comments, and summary reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Content Management: Manage storage locations for files, videos, and content, ensuring they are accessible to team members.
  • Presentation and Training Delivery: Present project details, content, and timelines to John Deere stakeholders and deliver training content to dealers and employees as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Ensure clear communication with managers and key stakeholders, leaving no room for misunderstandings.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate those opportunities, along with recommendations, to the parts training development process owner(s).
  • Travel: Up to 15% travel to dealerships and events for photo and video opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Background: Agriculture, Automotive, Marketing, or Training Development background.
  • Experience: Experience with Articulate/video creation/creative projects and editing.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage meetings with subject matter experts, meet deadlines, and understand various products and systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree in Marketing/Communications/Training/Business preferred but not required.
  • Equivalent Experience: Equivalent experience can substitute for Education/Degree.
  • Recent Graduates: Position available to recent college graduates.
  • Presentation Skills: May be required to present training to larger audiences about 25% of the time or more.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to work with different topics and teams, understanding their specific needs and adapting communication styles accordingly.
