Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner II

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner II to join our team at MCI Careers. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner II will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders, driving business outcomes through HR initiatives, and developing and implementing HR programs that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategic HR plans to support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that drive business outcomes, such as employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to business leaders, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Conduct HR analytics and provide insights to business leaders to inform HR decisions.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in HR business partnering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform HR decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SHRM-SCP or similar certification.
  • Experience working in a contact center environment.
  • Graduation from an accredited two-year or four-year college or university.
