Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintaining high operational standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Implementing our food program to meet quality expectations.
  • Exhibiting leadership qualities and setting a positive example for the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience.
  • Management or supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures.
  • High School diploma or higher education.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Work Environment:

This position involves primarily indoor work, with occasional outdoor tasks such as cleaning and maintenance. You may encounter temperature variations while working in different areas of the store.
