Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing operations within a warehouse characterized by limited volume and complexity. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will provide strategic direction and coordination for all warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee inventory management by guiding operations supervisors in receiving goods from suppliers, storing products, fulfilling customer orders, and processing billing.
  • Ensure that all warehouse personnel are well-versed in and adhere to the organization's operational, inventory control, safety, and service protocols.
  • Lead and nurture a team of supervisors responsible for directing warehouse operations and managing staff effectively.
  • Maintain precise inventory records through regular cycle counts, audits, and comprehensive physical inventories conducted quarterly.
  • Guarantee the accuracy of order fulfillment for retail clients and uphold product quality standards.
  • Mentor, train, and provide feedback to operations supervisors regarding overall performance.
  • Establish productivity benchmarks and efficiencies; regularly monitor and assess progress.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for employee growth and performance enhancement.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Promote safety and suggest maintenance enhancements within the warehouse by conducting safety training sessions, investigating incidents, and inspecting equipment and facilities.
  • Address complaints related to issues such as damaged goods, incorrect items loaded onto vehicles, inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, and product quality concerns; implement necessary adjustments and improvements.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP or a comparable system.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Possession of a valid state motor vehicle operator's license and capability to secure and maintain auto-liability insurance in compliance with state regulations.
