Key Responsibilities- Account Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of company standards of operation, ensuring that rental accounts are properly controlled and payments are received on time.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, conveying information to customers and maintaining a constant level of communication with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Inventory Management: Responsible for the proper and timely delivery, relocation, service calls, and retrieval of merchandise, ensuring that inventory is properly managed and secured.
- Financial Management: Collect monies from delivery of merchandise and from collection home visits, providing security of monies while in the field.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the assigned vehicle in proper working condition and appearance, ensuring that it is safe and reliable for use.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- License and Certification: Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Experience: Must complete the training program and have one year of experience in a job requiring customer contact.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry loads up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
