Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). This includes providing analytical and administrative support for LOB or ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and LOB/ECF experience, with a proven track record of implementing quality assurance and quality control processes. They will be responsible for monitoring and testing controls, evaluating data to identify issues and control improvements for remediation, and implementing optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity efforts.
The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will also be responsible for conducting and coordinating quality inspection reviews to enhance employee performance and control effectiveness, performing QA activities including executing on controls, managing cases, and reporting results, and supporting the overall management of and research required for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF)

Requirements:
- 2 years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong oral/written communication skills and ability to effectively engage stakeholders and foster collaboration
- Ability to challenge and ask the right questions when performing QC/QA
- Ability to multi-task, plan and function in a self-directed environment
