Oncology Nurse Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for an Oncology Nurse Specialist to join our team at City of Hope. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide expert care to patients with cancer and related illnesses, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop plans of care to ensure optimal quality outcomes.
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with providers and caregivers.
- Document assessments and interventions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required; master's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in oncology or pain management.
- Active Georgia RN license and BLS certification required.
- OCN and Bio/Chemo certifications preferred.
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
