About the Role

This is a full-time position working alternating weeks, Monday-Friday 4-10s (7:30a-6p) and 5-8s (8a-4:30p). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing and case management services to clients and families, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care throughout the patient's healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' clinical and life issues, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and address symptoms, educate patients and families about their disease and treatment plans, and address quality of life issues.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and patient education in the electronic medical record, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team and patients to ensure coordinated care.
  • Provide patient education, support informed decision-making regarding treatment options, and ensure access to ancillary services and resources.
Requirements

We are seeking a registered nurse with a strong background in oncology and chemotherapy administration. Key qualifications include:

  • A current Georgia RN license from an accredited college.
  • A BSN degree or enrollment within 6 months of hire, with completion of BSN within three years from hire date.
  • BLS certification, obtained within 30 days of hire.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience.
