About the Role

The Dishwasher is a key member of our kitchen team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dishroom and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate the dishwashing machine, sink pot scrub station, and all ware washing equipment.
  • Dispose of all food waste, trash receptacles, and break down boxes and larger containers for disposal.
  • Sweep and mop all kitchen area floors as directed.
  • Prepare and store all food items necessary to operate the kitchen in accordance with our quality standards.
  • Assist in receiving and procuring all goods purchased by the kitchen in accordance with safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Communicate with Chefs when special products are needed or there are problems with equipment and tools.
  • Assist fellow Employees, Members, and guests to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen prep is highly desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
