Job Title: Host Staff

At Clubcorp Usa Incorporated, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Host Staff. As a Host Staff, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our Members and guests. Your role will involve providing exceptional service, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and assisting with other staff positions as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to Members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with other staff positions, such as Member Services Representative duties, as requested.
  • Notify management of Member/Guest complaints and practice good service recovery.
  • Interact with Members/Guests professionally, helping them with changes and last-minute requests as needed.
About You:
  • Previous experience in the service industry is preferred.
  • Previous experience working a telephone system is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
  • A high school diploma is preferred.
