Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our veterans, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each veteran.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other approaches.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our veterans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of mental health services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensure as a psychologist in the state of Montana.
- Experience working with veterans and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
