Customer Service Liaison

**Job Summary:**
The Customer Service Liaison will serve as a key point of contact between members, health plans, and physicians at Prospect Medical. This role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to ensure member satisfaction, wellness, and retention.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform outbound retention efforts to identify and address member enrollment errors and potential terminations.
- Complete all assigned retention campaigns and track outcomes.
- Assist with inbound member calls and provide thorough documentation of every interaction.
- Verify HIPAA requirements to ensure accurate account information.
- Follow up on open issues and communicate recurring problems to management.
- Identify and report trends to inform business decisions.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Two to three years of IPA/HMO experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
