**Job Summary:**

The Customer Service Liaison will serve as a key point of contact between members, healthcare providers, and Prospect Medical. This role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to ensure member satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform outbound calls to members with enrollment errors or potential terminations to resolve issues and improve healthcare outcomes.
  • Complete retention effort campaigns as assigned, including inbound calls and thorough documentation of all interactions.
  • Track and analyze the outcome of all retention efforts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with member inbound calls and provide support as needed.
  • Verify HIPAA requirements to ensure accurate account information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Follow up on open issues and communicate recurring problems to management.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience in a call center environment; IPA/HMO experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
