Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to recipe or special requests, using attention to detail and speed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including supplies, fresh ice, and garnish containers.
  • Adhere to all state and federal liquor laws, requesting valid ID from guests and preventing guest intoxication.
  • Work cohesively with team members, supporting both FOH and BOH priorities.
  • Flexible to assist in other departments as requested.
Requirements
  • Must meet local, legal minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • 3 years of experience as a Bartender.
  • Ability to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM – 4AM.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification required.
  • Food handling certificate a plus.
  • Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write.
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds.
  • Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift.
  • Able to tolerate exposure to cold temperatures (below 0°F) throughout the shift.
  • Able to hear, understand, and respond to requests in a loud environment.
