Bartender YOT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at YOT Bar & Kitchen, a celebrated waterfront dining experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing top-notch beverage service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity.
• Engage with guests, providing friendly and knowledgeable service, and suggesting drink pairings.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring proper handling of glassware and equipment.
• Check identification and enforce age restrictions to ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests.

Requirements:

• Experience in mixology.
• A great attitude and work ethic.
• Ability to learn menu items and service procedures.
• Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
