Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and deliver a variety of beverages, including wine, beer, and mixed drinks.
• Complete all restocking and cleaning duties, including opening and closing side work as instructed.
• Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, and corporate rules and regulations.
• Order necessary bar supplies, stock, and keep track of all wine, liquor, and beer inventories, as well as maintain a full supply of glassware and notify management of any shortages.

Requirements:

• Some experience working in the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• A strong focus on putting the patron first with exceptional customer service experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members are necessary.
• A high school diploma or equivalent GED certification is required.
