About the Role
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with autism, using our unique method of play-based care.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized plans for each client.
  • Communicate effectively with clients' families, ensuring they're informed and involved in their child's care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a care or educational setting.
  • Ability to commit to working for Positive Development for at least 12 months.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state ID.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, get up and down from the floor, and actively play with children.
