Position Overview

Qualified applicants should have proven experience in trial preparation, which includes:

  • Evidence development
  • Complex case management
  • Electronic discovery
  • Witness interviews
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Arguing motions in court and arbitration settings

The compensation for this position ranges from $175,000 to $215,000, reflecting the firm's sincere and reasonable estimate of potential earnings at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set. RecruitPod Global provides a reasonable billable hours requirement, annual discretionary bonuses, competitive health insurance benefits, and a 401(k) and profit-sharing plan.
