Position Overview

Candidates should be prepared to engage immediately with ongoing cases and client requirements. Experience in trial preparation is essential, including:

  • Evidence development
  • Complex case management
  • Electronic discovery
  • Witness interviews
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Arguing motions in court and arbitration settings

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $175,000 and $215,000, reflecting the firm's good faith estimate of potential compensation. Actual salary will be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set. RecruitPod Global offers a reasonable billable hours requirement, annual discretionary bonuses, competitive health insurance benefits, and a 401(k) with profit-sharing options.
