Job Description

This role involves configuring, installing, and training new clients on our inventory management software. You'll work with clients to achieve their goals, ensuring successful implementations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and install software for new clients
  • Provide training on core aspects of our software
  • Communicate proactively with clients and collaborate with colleagues
  • Set and manage expectations through solid verbal and written communication
  • Implement the best solution for each client
  • Track and document activity in our systems
  • Deliver satisfied clients to our Client Service team
  • Travel regularly to client locations, including some weekends
  • Occasionally participate in on-call duties with bonus pay

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hospitality experience (Restaurant/Bar, Hotel/Resort, FOH/BOH, Stadiums/Concessions a plus)
  • Experience with point-of-sale, inventory, or accounting systems
  • Implementation or training experience in a technology environment
  • Teaching background
