Job Description

ADP is seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop a comprehensive ADP solution that meets their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard clients and provide exceptional onboarding experiences
  • Implement ADP technologies and deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic project management skills
  • Ability to work overtime during peak seasons
  • College degree not required, but relevant experience or military experience a plus
