Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Analyst to join our team at ATA Services Inc. as a key member of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the position control process, including the creation and maintenance of position control records, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Administer personnel action forms, including new hires, salary adjustments, promotions, reclassifications, program changes, conversions, transfers, and reorganizations.
  • Perform specialized position control functions, including data analysis and reporting, and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Research and analyze statistical information for human resources functions, and provide technical assistance to departments and end-users.
  • Plan, recommend, and compile data for decisions related to department transactions, and implement and interpret guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Public Administration, or related field, plus two years of experience in Human Resources administration.
  • Or any related combination of education from an accredited college or university or related experience in this occupation totaling six years may substitute for the required education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of public personnel administration.
  • Knowledge of policies, procedures, rules, and laws relative to the specialized area.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and make recommendations for resolution to technical personnel problems.
  • Ability to interpret and apply rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English.
  • Ability to possess excellent basic math skills, including statistics.
  • Ability to possess excellent computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems, and HRIS.
