Position Summary:

As the Global Payroll Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the organization's payroll department and functions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with government regulations for both domestic and international payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve the company payroll process, serving employees across the company’s global footprint, including coordination with teams in Europe, Asia, and Israel.
  • Oversee the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual workflow of the payroll department.
  • Supervise the global payroll processing team, including training, performance evaluation, skill development, coaching, interviews, and hiring.
  • Lead the team to ensure the accurate processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices, serving as the company’s subject matter expert.
  • Assist with global auditing of the payroll process, acting as the main point of contact for auditors.
  • Identify and implement changes to current practices to improve quality and efficiency, interfacing with the HRIS, Finance, and HR teams, as well as teammates worldwide.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a payroll generalist in a multi-cycle payroll system, with a strong preference for global payroll experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience configuring and managing payroll through an HRIS.
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing employees.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed for business.
