Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resource Operations Generalist to join our team at JGMS Government Services, LLC. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing HRIS functions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Albuquerque, NM. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HRIS functions, including processing course due date extensions, entering course completions, and creating rosters.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel to set up and break down training classrooms as needed.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience and/or achievements.
  • A minimum of 3 years' related experience in an HR or related role.
  • Knowledge and experience in gathering, analyzing, or interpreting information.
  • Technical knowledge, including proficiency in using a computer to view, upload, and enter data.
  • The ability to acquire and maintain a DOE L-level security clearance.
  • An active current driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Training, or a related field.
  • Positive demeanor, strong communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience completing quality reviews and/or audits.
  • Experience in a shared service environment, verifying employee records, and HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Security Clearance and Background Check

The selected candidate will be required to undergo a background check and screening process, including checks of personal references, credit, law enforcement records, and employment/education verification.

A pre-employment drug screening will also be required.
