Tattoo Removal Sales Professional

We are committed to making tattoo removal safe and accessible. As a Lead Sales Consultant at Removery LLC, you will play a key role in achieving this goal.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client education through consultative sales, collaborating with in-studio Laser Specialists to deliver a holistic client experience, and driving sales through consultative selling.
Responsibilities:- Client Consultations: Conduct consultations to educate clients on laser tattoo removal processes and demonstrate ethical sales practices.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales through consultative selling, communicate realistic removal expectations, and showcase the value of our services.
- Partnering with Team Members: Partner with the Contact Center and in-studio Laser Specialist to ensure seamless and superior client experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain detailed client records, manage follow-up processes, and ensure client satisfaction.
You will also lead studio team members in understanding KPIs, targets, and reporting for goal achievement, handle administrative tasks, manage bookings, and maintain studio cleanliness.
In addition, you will engage in community networking, build referral relationships, and participate in brand-wide initiatives, ensuring adherence to visual and merchandising brand standards, conducting inventory, and upholding workspace stewardship.
Position Requirements- Prior Sales Experience: Passionate about helping people and building relationships, enthusiastic about the tattoo industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, professionalism, and ability to work in collaborative teams.
- Motivation: Motivated by quota-driven environment, bonus opportunities, and growth mindset.
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on relative experience + uncapped commission.
- Holiday Time Off: Eight (8) company-paid holidays.
