Tattoo Removal Sales Consultant

Removery LLC is a global leader in laser tattoo removal, dedicated to normalizing the industry and empowering individuals to feel comfortable in their skin. With over 150 studios across the United States, Canada, and Australia, we have successfully treated over 1 million clients using best-in-class PicoWay laser technology.
Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Sales Consultant to provide exceptional client education through consultative sales. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with in-studio Laser Specialists to deliver a holistic client experience. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct consultations, drive sales through consultative selling, and educate clients on laser tattoo removal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations to educate clients on laser tattoo removal processes
- Demonstrate ethical sales practices and communicate realistic removal expectations
- Promote Removery's financing options to clients
- Partner with the Contact Center and in-studio Laser Specialist to ensure seamless client experiences
- Maintain detailed client records and manage follow-up processes
- Lead studio teams in understanding KPIs, targets, and reporting for goal achievement
- Handle administrative tasks, manage bookings, and maintain studio cleanliness
- Engage in community networking, build referral relationships, and participate in brand-wide initiatives
