Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and model treatment interventions to promote positive behavior change
- Provide positive reinforcement to clients with guided feedback to families
- Implement consequences for inappropriate actions as agreed upon
- Communicate with peers and co-workers to achieve individual goals for clients
- Complete all required electronic billing in accordance with company policies
Requirements:
- BCaBA certification
- RBT certification
- Bachelor's degree and 40-hour training covering RBT Task list
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health services
- PA Criminal, PA Child Abuse, FBI Clearances, and valid Driver's License
