Access Services is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst - ABA Specialist to join our team in the Pottsville, PA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and youth with mental, emotional, or behavioral problems. Our team is dedicated to providing innovative and effective therapeutic services, and we are looking for a professional who shares our passion for making a difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments of skills deficits and behavioral needs for clients receiving ABA services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address targeted behaviors
- Supervise and support behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, and BHTs in accordance with BACB and IBHS guidelines
- Review and analyze data to determine changes needed to behavioral interventions
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, human behavior, or a relevant field of study
- Current clinical certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
- 1+ years of post-Master's degree experience providing ABA services
- Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience and adequate car insurance
- Base salary: $72,000
- Incentive rate: $80-$100 hourly for billable hours above 80/monthly
