Responsibilities:- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS-R assessments.
- Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings using evidence-based practices.
- Provide clinical supervision to BHT or RBT workers.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs.
- Collect data during sessions and analyze it to adapt programming.
- Provide support to parents, teachers, and community officials.
- Implement consequences for appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
- Establish coordination of communication with other agencies.
- Complete and submit paperwork in a timely manner.
- BACB Certification in good standing.
- Behavior Specialist License required.
- Master's Degree in a mental health field and one year of experience working with children or adolescents.
